MOVING

Well, we finally have an offer on our house! We decided to put it on the market due to NO luck selling FSBO! We are using Wood Realty. One of my good friends from high school and her husband are realtors, Mike and Ashleigh {Ammons} White. We met w/ them last Thursday and the house was put in the MLS system on Saturday. By Tuesday a couple looked at it and made an offer today! We countered 1 time and finally came to an agreement {only $3000 less than what we were asking}!! Can't believe that in only a couple of days we have a contract already. I think we are set to close May 29th. So exciting to move, but HATE to pack. We have been wanting some land closer to my parents {neat Rabon's crossroads}. Our prayers were answered when Erica Peake said she was selling her house. We decided to buy it and fix it up a little and plus it has 5 acres of land with it...PERFECT! So, I guess in 1 month we will be at a new address!! MORE TO COME, WILL KEEP YOU POSTED!
