Remembering My Granny....
Today has marked 10 years since my granny passed away! I think of her often and miss her very much! I just wish my kids could have met her! She was a wonderful lady! I love you granny!

Easter Egg Hunt
Had our annual Easter Egg Hunt at our church last Sat. Trent won the "prize" egg and got a HUGE basket full of goodies! Emma found the most eggs (33) in her age group and got a $10 gift card to Mickey D's! They had a GREAT time!

Went shopping the other day and Trent found one of those stockings that women use to try on shoes. He decided it looked better has a hat, THEN as a bank robber mask!! LOL! That is just Trent's personality if you don't know him! He defintely keeps us laughing everyday!

Playin in the Rain...
The kids wanted to play outside when we got home today. I knew it was drizzling, but then came inside to do laundry. When I looked outside, it was POURING!! Of course, they didn't come and tell me! They didn't even try to go for shelter, just stayed out in it! LOL! So, I thought, its not too cold outside, why not left them play for a little bit! I hope they don't get sick!

Catching Up...
We have been busy as usual, but that's no excuse not to blog, uh? The third pic is of Trent when he fell a couple of weeks ago and his face hit a metal truck! I'm just glad he didn't break his nose! Boys will be boys!

Cakes
I think I want to start making birthday cakes and selling them for a little "side job"! I've been making cakes since Emma was born, instead of buying them (I think it's more special and tastes better)! Over the last 6 years, I have gotten better with decorating and such. I recently made a cake for a friend of mine and something sparked! I really enjoy making them and would like to try out a "mini" business, so send your friends my way! Thanks!
I posted some pictures of a few cakes I have done in the past! Hopefully I can make a separate website just for cakes!
