Sat, Dec. 13, our church had a kids mission day for the kids to go to the Fairfield Nursing home to bring gifts! They made cookies and ornaments and packed necessities like socks and things for the residents. They really enjoyed themselves and also enjoyed giving! The true meaning of the season, right? And, mommy got a day to herself. My mom and I enjoyed a day of shopping without the kids! The kids were so exhausted, they were asleep before 7 pm!
